Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a statement on his Telegram channel that he held a meeting with all law enforcement and government representatives of the country due to the damage to energy infrastructure facilities as a result of the bombing.

It was noted that the representatives of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), the Ministry of Internal Affairs, SBU, Ukroboronprom, the General Staff, the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) and the Foreign Intelligence Service attended the meeting.

The head of state emphasized the need to ensure the protection of energy infrastructure and timely restoration of electricity supply.

Ukrainian media reported explosions in Kiev, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Odessa, Lutsk and other cities; An air raid alert has been issued across the country since midnight. Three thermal power plants were damaged as a result of the rocket attacks, and many cities lacked electricity and water. Due to the power cut of the rails, 15 trains of the Ukrainian Railways were detained.
