The European Commission recently received threatening emails that were evaluated by security services and Belgian PoliceA community spokesperson confirmed to Europa Press that in all cases it resulted in maintaining the alert level.

We are constantly evaluating threats in close cooperation with the Belgian authorities.” The spokesperson assured him after Belgian newspaper ‘Le Soir’ reported that the emails were written in Russian and referred to major terrorist acts against the EU due to its “aggressive policy”, tacitly referring to European support for Ukraine.
