The temperature of the Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts is expected to rise up to 15-19 degrees on International Women’s Day. In the Primorsky Territory, the air temperature will rise to 10-12 degrees, which is 7-8 degrees above the climatic norm.

In the south of the Khabarovsk Territory – up to plus four degrees, in Chita and Transbaikalia – up to 6-8 degrees Celsius.
