Russia refuses to inform OSCE about armed forces red blood cell Referring to the head of the Russian delegation, Konstantin Gavrilov, who held talks on military security issues in Vienna.

Moscow will not provide data on its armed forces for 2023, as required by Part I of the Vienna Document.

Earlier, the President of the Austrian National Council Wolfgang Sobotka at the opening of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA) declarationthat diplomacy should have a chance to resolve the Ukrainian conflict.

He urged today to start thinking about what will happen after the conflict ends, because, according to him, “every war ends one day.” Sobotka believes that diplomacy at the parliamentary level should not stop.

The Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs urged Russia to comply with the Treaty on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Assault Weapons (START, START-3).
