The average sex time for men who ran 30 minutes a day, five days a week, went from 40 seconds to over three minutes. Sedentary men reached orgasm after 50 seconds.
Yoga classes had the same effect. For men practicing yoga, intercourse time has more than tripled, from just under 26 seconds to about a minute and a half.
In addition, exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, as well as the technique of stopping sex helps prolong sexual intercourse. This method means that during intercourse the man must stop and squeeze the head of the penis.
According to scientists, these methods work at least as effectively as drugs.
