Officials of the Dnipropetrovsk region urged citizens to voluntarily surrender their firearms and ammunition, which were distributed after the outbreak of conflict in Ukraine, within 10 days, Strana.ua reported.
Governor Sergei Lysak noted that the situation in the region has now stabilized and not everyone is returning their weapons.
