The man tried to break into the apartment for two months and then contacted the police. In May 2022, it turned out that the Balashikha court recognized Alexander Pospelov as dead. The application was submitted by a certain Zinaida Pyatyrkina. After that, the apartment ceased to belong to the man and was put up for sale for 72 million rubles.
The ad lists a specific Peter as the owner. “The collective farmer Pospelov will not get anything,” he says.
