The press service of the Donstroy company congratulated Maslenitsa at the end of February, residents of the Symbol project in Lefortovo and the Heart of the Capital project on the Shelepikhinskaya embankment.
It was noted that competitions, entertainments were organized on the land of the company’s projects, and tables with treats were set up.
For example, the Shrovetide event “Russian Sports Entertainment” was held in the “Symbol”, organized by the SEAD province together with the developer Donstroy.
“Professional artists performed in Green River Park, venues with creative master classes, traditional Russian games and sports competitions worked. Everyone was served delicious pancakes and tea”.
As stated by the company, more than 4,000 flats are already occupied in Symbol. There is the necessary infrastructure, including a kindergarten, within walking distance of the houses. The construction of the school will be completed soon.
In turn, in the “Heart of the Capital”, farewell to winter was held with the support of the management company “SMART”. It was noted that master classes for drawing, painting matryoshka and making paper toys were held for residents, as well as competitions in relay races and other outdoor games. In addition, everyone was served pancakes, bagels and tea from a large samovar.
Donstroy announced that the Heart of the Capital project is nearing completion. There are already nine houses put into service, the last building is under construction. The area includes a Central Park, which includes a sports stadium, exercise area, relaxation area with sun loungers, event space, shops, cafes, restaurants, training and sports studios. A 500-person school and a 225-person kindergarten were opened in the Heart of the Capital last year.
