Pavel Zyukov, managing partner of Coleman Legal Services and head of the tax office, said the money can only be exchanged for additional holidays. Agency reports “Hitting the Primer”.

According to him, this can be done if there is a legal basis, for example a collective agreement, a written statement of the employee and the consent of the chairman.

Zyukov emphasized that such a change does not apply to certain categories of workers. Among them: minors, pregnant women, as well as people working in hazardous industries.

The expert emphasized that the actual vacation cannot be replaced with money, and it is forbidden to take the leave fee and the salary at the same time.
