Analysts learned where Russian travelers will rest on March 8

According to VSK Insurance House, more than 61% of all Russian travelers choose to rest in Turkey and Russia on International Women’s Day. The press service of the company reported this to socialbites.ca.

In the period affecting March 8, the most preferred holiday destinations by tourists are trips to Turkey and Russia. Thus, 35.9% of all travelers will go on holiday to Turkey. Analysts have learned that almost a third of them are couples who are going to spend a romantic weekend there.

More than a quarter of Russian tourists will rest in Russia. The vast majority of them will target ski resorts, especially Krasnaya Polyana, before the end of the winter season.

Russians, who make up 16.3% of the tourists, will spend slightly less time in Armenia on March 8. Also during this period, enough Russians will go to Egypt – 10.2%, Georgia – 6.1%, UAE – 2.2% and Uzbekistan – 2%.

Roman Vilfand, former scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia estimated An air of “feminine character” on March 8 in Moscow.
