The European Union plans to supply 1 billion euros worth of artillery munitions to Ukraine in the coming weeks, the newspaper reported on Friday. Finance Times.

High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said that the extraordinary meeting of the EU foreign ministers will be held on 6-7 March and will be devoted to the coordination of additional arms and ammunition supplies to Ukraine.
He added that the meeting will be held on March 6-7, and that it will be recommended to accelerate the current arms purchase process for Kiev. Any new order will now be “at the end of the long list of orders placed by EU countries,” he said.
