The court fined two Sochi residents for acrobatic dance and matting next to the tombstone of Hero of the Soviet Union Ivan Klimenko in Mamaev Kurgan in Volgograd, with a fine of 1,000 rubles. According to Valkovskaya, the defendants pleaded guilty to committing an administrative offense. The court’s decision has not yet entered into force, it can be appealed.
