The Cheryomushkinsky Court in Moscow placed one of the leaders of the unofficial youth group “PMC Redan” under house arrest, who was accused of attacking a colleague in the capital’s subway. It has been reported TASS.
“The court placed a minor defendant under house arrest in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Hooliganism with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons), the court said in a statement.
It was noted that investigators demanded that the accused be sent to a detention facility, but the court chose a more humane restraining measure. The Cheryomushkinsky court also placed the three children involved in this crime under house arrest.
On the evening of February 23, in the lobby of the Lubyanka metro station, young people beat a teenager born in 2008 and sprayed pepper gas in his face. Four people were detained in the intense pursuit.
Previously reportedthat the police raided the “Aviapark” shopping center and several other shopping centers in Moscow. Law enforcement is detaining alleged representatives of the Redan PMC movement, who failed to meet with the Central Bank at the food court last week and sparked clashes at other malls in the capital. Redan youths are recognizable by their spider prints on clothes, plaid pants, and black hair.
