“Turning off the internet is a necessary measure regarding security issues,” said LPR’s vice president.
He explained that if this precaution were not taken, it could lead to bombardment in the LPR. The internet will be back on as soon as it is secure. Also, the start of work of Russian mobile operators in the republic is discussed, but its timing is unknown.
