Roskomnadzor restricted access to the website of the Russian monthly prize “Redcollegia” in the field of professional journalism, reports TASS.

The site is blocked with all domains and subdomains. The department explained that access to the resource is constantly limited in connection with the placement of false data on the site about the Russian military special operation on the territory of Ukraine. The decision was made based on the law “On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information”.

The Editorial Board Award was established in 2016 by the Boris Zimin Foundation (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) Sreda. On September 2, 2022, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation registered Zimin in the register of personal-foreign agents.

Formerly Roskomnadzor annoyed Access to the website of the online edition of The Bell (the organization is included in the list of foreign agents by the Department of Justice). The publication was created in 2017 by former RBC editor-in-chief Elizaveta Osetinskaya (known in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent).
