The most popular components of the compensation package among Russians are training at the expense of the company, a VHI policy and compensation for food. This was demonstrated in the SuperJob job search service survey, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
During the study, participants were asked to select up to three of the most attractive parts of the compensation package.
According to respondents, the most requested component of the compensation package turned out to be the opportunity to work and improve qualifications at the expense of the company (44%). In second place is a paid voluntary health insurance policy (40%). Meal compensation attracts only 3 out of 10 Russians.
At the same time, preferential coupons are of interest to 28% of respondents. 23% want their employer to pay for fitness. Availability of public transport and additional holidays each attract 18% of respondents. Components of the compensation package, such as interest-free credit and reimbursement of public transport costs, were selected at a rate of 17% and 16%, respectively. Payment for mobile communications – every tenth.
Women in compensation packages are more interested in the voluntary health insurance policy, concessional coupons, additional days for holidays and travel expenses, men – compensation for food and interest-free credit.
At the same time, the younger the respondents, the more they are engaged in training at the expense of the employer. The older generation still more often chooses VHI policies, loans and company vehicles.
Interestingly, the VHI policy is traditionally included in the top 3 components of compensation packages that Russians need most. It was most in demand last year, and today it is in second place. Those who want to get interest-free loans from the company are a little less, those who want to buy company vehicles, mobile communication compensation and gifts from the company for the holidays are a little more.
