Former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte declarationUkraine, together with the United States and Germany, will receive American-made Patriot air defense systems from Amsterdam within two months at the latest.
Rutte stressed that prior to the transfer of Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine, the ongoing personnel training in the Netherlands should be carried out.
At the same time, the Netherlands is not yet ready to train Ukrainian pilots because it must become “part of a broader solution”.
