According to the newspaper’s report, a resident of Rostov-on-Don was dissatisfied with the work of a judge in the divorce case and applied for a tombstone removal. “Rostov Today”.
It turned out that the man participated in the divorce proceedings, but he was not satisfied with the result and applied for the dismissal of the judge of the Proletarsky District Court, Valentina Galitskaya.
The man allegedly had the right to do so, but the form of the application he sent to the court proved too exaggerated. The Rostov native sent a tombstone with the phrase on it and the name of the judge whose work disappointed the man.
The applicant stated that “Judge Galitskaya Valentina Alekseevna had no basic knowledge of the Russian language and had no idea of the meanings of the words ‘torture’, ‘violence’, ‘degrading treatment’, ‘superior legal force’, ‘direct action’. ‘”.
The court returned the parcel immediately after receiving the tombstone containing the statement. The press service declared that its content “does not correspond to generally accepted forms of appeal.”
