It took only a month and a half for the Federal Tax Service of Russia to carry out the instructions of the head of state and launch a special platform for immediate benefits to the mobilized. The head of the Russian Federal Tax Service, Daniil Yegorov, spoke about this at the weekly meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with members of the government.

Daniil Yegorov recalled that the deadlines for reporting and paying taxes for mobilized entrepreneurs, including self-employed, were delayed for three months during the term of service and after discharge, followed by a six-month installment plan. In addition, tax inspections regarding these have been suspended, and no sanctions are imposed due to failure to submit declarations and documents.

At the same time, as the head of the tax office noted, all support measures are provided proactively, the taxpayer does not need to resort to inspections with applications.

Summing up the initial results of the Automatic Simplified System of Taxation (AUSN), launched last summer, Yegorov noted that the innovation is intended for small companies and entrepreneurs, which employ up to five people and whose annual income does not exceed 60 million rubles.

According to him, more than 8 thousand participants with a total income of more than 1 billion rubles have already switched to this mode.
“In such a regime, individuals and companies do not have to worry about calculating taxes. This happens automatically. without the personal involvement of the taxpayer. For the vast majority of entrepreneurs, reporting is canceled,” the head of the tax service said.

The head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia also spoke about the introduction of the Single Tax Account (UTA) from January 1. The new mechanism allows you to pay taxes from one account, just specify the TIN and amount.

He emphasized that thanks to the EHC, outstanding payment situations are kept to a minimum.

“Given the scale of the reform, a moratorium on the implementation of debt collection has been established. “There will be no fines and penalties until we make settlements with all taxpayers in March-April, until we are 100% sure of the calculations of each of them,” he said.
