The incident occurred near the police station on the Lososinskoye Highway. The Russian woman threw a Molotov cocktail at the door, but it was not possible to set the building on fire: the bottle bounced off the porch.
After a while, the police arrested him. During interrogation, the woman began to claim that she had been persuaded to start the fire by “an employee of the Central Bank security agency”. In this way, an unknown person said, he could help arrest corrupt officials in the Ministry of Interior system, where the Central Bank would help him write off loans.
