The training of staff at the municipal level should be established in the same way as the substitute training system for the regional and federal levels. This was announced by the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, Sergey Kiriyenko, at the “Municipal Dialogue” marathon of the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government, RIA Novosti reported.
“Just as we are building a substitute education system for the regional and federal levels, and we are building a whole school to train leaders at the regional level, the same work should be started to train staff at the municipal level,” he said. .
Kiriyenko emphasized that Mashuk Training Center, Senezh Management Workshop and RANEPA provide all necessary facilities for this.
Recall that the purpose of the “Municipal Dialogue” marathon is the consolidation of the municipal community, the creation of a unified communication environment, the space for initiative and the development of universal solutions to increase the efficiency of municipal administration. It brought together the entire municipal community of the country on one site – representatives of 89 subjects and more than 19 thousand municipalities of the Russian Federation.
