The location of possible damage to the Progress MS-21 cargo ship aboard the International Space Station (ISS) will be studied using a manipulator from the American part of the station. This was reported by the press service “Roscosmos”.
“Today it is planned to study a possible site of damage to the outer surface of the ship using the remote manipulator of the American part of the station,” the state agency said.
Received video materials will be handed over to Russian experts at MCC for further analysis.
It was noted that Roskosmos continues to clarify the reason for the depressurization of the thermal control system of the Progress MS-21 spacecraft, which occurred on February 11 on the ISS. It was noted that the “Progress MS-21” was isolated from the total volume of the ISS and depressurization did not affect its docking at the station.
