Furgal’s lawyer said, “The court today announced only the preamble and enforcement parts of the judgment with gross violations of the law.” Said.
According to him, before the introductory part of the judgment was announced, Judge Gennady Tsoi did not specify that the decision was made on behalf of the Russian Federation.
Startsev noted that the decision will soon be appealed.
