Kharkiv Mayor Terekhov warns of water and electricity cuts after blasts

Kharkov’s head, Igor Terekhov, warned locals on his Telegram channel about possible interruptions in the operation of electricity, water and heat supply systems after a series of explosions in the city.

“There may be interruptions in the electricity, water and heat supply,” Terekhov wrote.
