At least 40 people became victims of landslides In various parts of the province of Camaná, located in the Arequipa region of southern Peru.

Civil Defense sources told CHP radio station that some 200 manufactured houses They were devastated in Secocha, one of the main cities affected.

The district government is now expected to send emergency brigades and support materials to the scene to deal with the immediate environment. 2,000 families were affected.
