Ukraine Ministry of Defense introduced the Delta system

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that the Delta information system has been activated by the country’s armed forces. RBC-Ukraine writes about it.

The system is designed to collect data from aerial reconnaissance, satellites, drones, fixed cameras, radars and chatbots. It resides in the Internet cloud outside of Ukraine. Thus, the Kyiv authorities are trying to protect it from missile attacks and cyber attacks.

Delta is a situational awareness platform that maps the battlefield in real time to any connected user on any device.

David Arakhamia, former head of the Servant of the People faction declaration On the Telegram channel, it was announced that the head of the Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, will replace Alexei Reznikov, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. Reznikov was transferred to the post of Minister of Strategic Industries to strengthen military-industrial cooperation within the framework of the government.

On February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to organize a special military operation in Ukraine in response to a request for assistance from the heads of the LPR and DPR.

The decision to run the operation became the justification for new sanctions against Russia by the United States and its allies.
