Snow cover in some mountain resorts of Sochi has already reached 70 centimeters, but not all roads are clear. Reported by RIA Novosti with reference to representatives of resorts.

As noted, in Sochi from February 3, storm warning against the backdrop of strong winds in the coastal area and snowfall in the mountains.
Skating is possible from “1.8 thousand meters to the “Mountain Olympic Village” and “Rose Stadium”. The rest of the signs are not suitable for skiing due to the relative avalanche danger, ”explained the operator of the information center of the Rosa Khutor resort.
The presence of snow cover is also confirmed in the resort town of Krasnaya Polyana, where more than 50 cm of snow fell.
According to the Sochi administration, all city services were transferred to an advanced mode of operation.
In the Krasnopoliansk region, public services are already clearing the roads. There was no emergency due to bad weather conditions.
