Russian authorities ordered two months of preventive detention for four suspects linked to the attack at the popular Crocus City Hall concert venue, which left at least 137 people dead last Friday.

All four men were charged with terrorism and face potential life imprisonment, according to the TASS news agency.

The first defendants to appear before the court were two men identified as Saidakrami Rachabalizoda and Dalerdzhon Mirzoev.

During the hearing, Mirzoev said he is a citizen of Tajikistan and has three minor children.

The accused, who fully admitted culpability, lived in the Moscow region with residency documents that had expired three months earlier.

Authorities noted that the accused had no prior criminal records, as reported by Russian media.

Rachabalizoda, 30, also admitted guilt. He is married, has one child, and does not have a criminal history.

The other two suspects brought to Moscow’s Basmanny Court on Sunday after being detained Saturday in the Briansk region are Fariduni Shamsudin and Muhammadsobir Faizov.

Faizov, 19, wore a white robe and was accompanied by two doctors as he was escorted from a hospital where he had been treated following his detention.

Shamsudin told the judge that he worked at a factory in the Moscow region and has an eight-month-old son.

Faizov, who is not married, said he previously worked as a barber in Ivanovo and is currently unemployed.

According to the latest figures, the Friday attack, claimed by the Islamic State terrorist group, has left 137 people dead.

Meanwhile, the number of wounded rose from 154 to 180 on Sunday. Russian authorities noted that some survivors waited more than a day to seek medical help due to being in a state of shock.

Overall, security forces have detained eleven people linked to the attack, four of whom are said to have participated directly in the killings, according to official statements.
