Rostrud officially telegraph channel stated that an employee with a probationary period should not be paid less than employees who have completed the probationary period.
When asked if it is possible to set a lower salary during the probationary period, Rostrud replied that this is not possible.
“Workers during the probationary period are subject to all provisions of labor legislation and the employer’s documents (including in terms of wages), as well as workers working after the probationary period,” the ministry said.
It is noted that in case of violation of labor legislation, the employee has the right to lodge a complaint with the labor inspectorate.

Therefore, employees who receive a salary during the holidays should receive a salary of at least twice the amount. Pieceworkers are entitled to pay at least twice the piece rate.
