According to investigators, from January 4 to 6 an accident occurred in the Zavolzhsky district of the city, which stopped the supply of heating and hot water to residential premises near the 2nd Krasin and Lunacharsky streets. It was clarified that the resource supplier did not properly repair the heat networks with subsequent testing of the pipelines for strength and density, and also did not fulfill the conditions for readiness for work in the autumn-winter period of 2022-2023.
