The head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, justified the bad discipline in the country’s army with the actions of “instigators paid by the Russians.” About this writes the publication “Strana.ua”.
He noted that they plan to solve disciplinary problems by toughening responsibility for the crimes of military personnel. As Reznikov noted, this option was suggested by the officers themselves.
According to the minister, some people took advantage of the existing difficulties in the army.
“There were instigators, the Russians paid for it, and then these people escaped responsibility,” he said.
Reznikov added that he trusts the Ukrainian military command and supports his ideas.
In December, the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian troops Valery Zaluzhny discussed He asked President Volodymyr Zelensky to sign a law toughening the punishment for non-compliance with the orders of the Ukrainian army.
