‘Masterchef Christmas’ and ‘Hermanos’ compete in the first week of the year

Tonight, at 10 pm on La 1 de TVE, the new episode of ‘Masterchef Noel’ is premiering. To celebrate the program reaching the midpoint of the competition, the jury greets the nominees with some meringue pies that they must eat without their hands in morsels to discover what’s inside. The area was later moved to Ciudad del Fútbol de las Rozas, the training ground for the Spanish Men’s and Women’s Football Team. Divided into two teams, the candidates have to prepare a healthy menu that will taste 70 Red champions like Marco Asensio and Álvaro Morata, under the supervision of National Team nutritionist Toscana Viar. In addition, Juanma Castaño, sportscaster and winner of the sixth edition of ‘MasterChef Celebrity’, tries to referee the cooking so that all goes well. Finally, the jury invites the contestants to one of the classic traditions of January 1st: the symbolic New Year’s Concert presented by the three participants of the Prodigios music program. Jury and singer and seventh MasterChef Celebrity nominee Ruth Lorenzo raises awareness of the importance of cooking by inviting black aprons to cook a meal with leftovers from the Christmas dinner.
