Falkov: Ministry of Education and Science gives scientists access to scientific information under sanctions

Valery Falkov, Head of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, in an interview with a TV channel “Russia 24” He noted that the ministry provided scientists with access to a large amount of scientific information despite anti-Russian sanctions.
