At least 10 dead, 14 injured in the early hours of this Friday Fire broke out in 7-storey apartment building in Lyon, France.
According to The Auvergne, around 3:15 am, emergency services received a call about a fire in an apartment on a street on the outskirts of Lyon, followed by 170 firefighters and 65 fire trucks from the French city’s Fire Department. -The province of Rhone-Alpes reported in a statement. After the fire was extinguished, French authorities said 10 people, five of whom were underage, died. Same way, four people were seriously injured and ten were slightly injuredincluding two firefighters.
So far the source of the fire is unknown, although the French National Police cordoned off the area and launched an investigation to clarify what happened.
