The interlocutor of the agency said that the incident occurred on December 11 in the center of Moscow.
“The police received a message that in one of the houses on Nizhnyaya Krasnoselskaya Street, a citizen with an object similar to an automatic weapon rushed to the neighbors’ apartment,” the ministry said.
The police arrested the man and took him to the police station. It turned out to be a local resident. It was determined that he threatened the neighbors with a blank gun. Protocols were drawn up on administrative offenses against him.
A pistol and two carbines, as well as a submachine gun and an airsoft bomb, registered according to the established procedure, were confiscated in the prisoner’s apartment.
