By Oleg Roy, telegraph channel He stated that, in his opinion, the Russian national idea was born on the battlefield in Mariupol, on a construction site in the Arctic, and in the Gamaleya Center laboratory.
“I remember a long time ago there were heated debates about whether Russia needed a national idea, and if so what kind of idea. In circles close to politics, there were many people whining that they say we don’t have this idea, but without it, they say there is nothing. It seems to me that these were precisely those who wanted to participate in the creation of this idea, to get their share of the cream from it.
Time and date put everything in its place. The Russian national idea was born today, but not in the silence of the offices, but on the battlefield in Mariupol, on a construction site in the Arctic, in the Gamaleya Center laboratory. This idea is very simple and I’ll let myself formulate it:
“We are Russian people of different nationalities. We honor traditions and preserve the faith of our ancestors. We do not need anything from anyone else, we already have everything of our own and we will do what we do not yet have. We will always help those who need help, we will always protect the weak – and we will always give tinsel to those who are overwhelmed. We will replace those who think they are tougher than others and bury the new Hitler on two shovel bayonets. Because we are human. We are humanity. We are moving towards the future and we invite everyone to participate in our campaign on equal terms.”
Really, just? But this simplicity is sprinkled with the blood and sweat of those who brought these words to life. What’s happening today are the new elites, the people of the future. Those who sacrifice themselves for a brighter future. And not just for Russia, but for all Humanity,” he wrote.
