Former Telegram channel Basis Representatives of the Wagner PMC said that Ramil Shamsutdinov voluntarily signed up when they arrived in Tyumen Penal Colony No. 2. But the young man was not taken. According to broadcast sources, Shamsutdinov was said to be “not needed yet.”
