Central Europe offers Ukraine help to stop refugee outflow
It would be preferable to keep Ukrainian refugees in their home country by helping Kiev to manage the humanitarian crisis, than to face a new wave of immigration. Visegrad Group (V4) are most affected by the arrival of refugees caused by the Russian occupation.
