According to the Tatarstan 24 publication, Evgenia Artyukhina, mother of many children from Kazan, violently beat her daughter, threw her onto the balcony and filmed everything – this is how the girl took revenge on her father who abandoned her.
The video begins with a woman’s words to a one-and-a-half-year-old boy, “creature, you won’t live.”
“Of you, your only child will freeze on the balcony. And drown. I’ll arrange for him a life like heaven because that’s what you are. If you weren’t like that, everything would have been fine with your Anechka, ”the woman tells the boy’s father.
He pushed and beat her for several minutes, ignoring her screams and cries, before taking her little girl out onto the balcony.
“If you die, I will bury you, you go to the grave,” he says behind the camera.
34-year-old Evgenia Artyukhina is a mother of three children. Tatarstan-24, referring to the neighbors of the woman, writes that her eldest daughter lives with her grandmother. Artyukhina also has a four-year-old disabled son, who “does not love his little girl and beats her regularly” since the girl’s father left her. According to preliminary data, the boy’s father had been previously convicted.
It was the neighbors who first noticed the situation, and then the father of the child. Neighbors wrote statements to the police. While the young children were taken to the City Hospital No. 18, the prosecutor’s office launched an investigation.
“At the moment, all three children are safe: the eldest child is with his grandmother, the other two are under surveillance at the hospital. Fortunately, the girl herself did not receive any injuries, ”said Ruslan Galiev, senior assistant to the prosecutor of Tatarstan.
As a result of the control, criminal cases were brought against the woman under the articles of “Failure to fulfill the duty of raising children” and “Torture”. The Interior Ministry told reporters that the woman “thought she was upset by the separation of her common-law husband and decided to take revenge on him by sending a video of her daughter being beaten”.
According to the Smotrim portal, Evgenia was twice brought to administrative responsibility for failing to fulfill her parenting duties, and a few months ago the family was registered with the children’s office.
Deprivation of parental rights
Children’s Ombudsman in Tatarstan, Irina Volynets, told Podyem that the issue of deprivation of parental rights of Artyukhina is currently at the stage of decision.
“The guardianship office is collecting material to deprive the mother of her parental rights … The investigating authorities are carrying out investigative activities aimed at determining all the circumstances of the incident,” he said.
The Ombudsman said the woman was already deprived of her parental rights in relation to another child.
“The older child does not live with him, and the other two – a girl and a disabled child – were hospitalized. Doctors say that the situation is satisfactory, there are no signs of beatings, ”said Volynets.
The Ombudsman stressed that “there is no justification or excuse for such parents”.
“Of course we were shocked when this information was sent to us. Once again, this is a real showdown with your partner (he is a husband or living together – this is still being clarified) and the use of children, ”said Volynets.
He assured that he had sent a request to the Ministry of the Interior regarding the situation.
