Hilary Swank announced it on ‘Good Morning America’ this Wednesday. she and her husband Philip Schneider are expecting twins. “It’s something we’ve been waiting for for a long time and what I’m going to do next is to be a mother,” said the 48-year-old actress. And added: “And not just one, but two. I can’t believe it.”

During the television interview, Swank was delighted with the happy news: “It’s so nice to be able to talk about it and share it with the public,” he said.

She also revealed that the crew of ‘Alaska Daily’, the series created by Tom McCarthy, found out about her pregnancy Wednesday as she is currently in her second trimester.

At another point, Swank confirmed that both her husband’s family and she already had twins. “I’ve been fascinated by everything I’ve been through. It’s a blessing. It’s a miracle. It’s incredible.”

Social enterprise entrepreneurs Swank and Schneider married in August 2018, nearly two years after they were first seen together in November 2016.

“It was timeless. There’s no other way to describe it,” Swank previously told Vogue magazine about their romantic wedding. “I am so grateful and thank you for marrying the man of my dreams and seeing all the people we love together in the middle of such a deep circle. It was truly a dream come true.”

The actress also recalled the romantic path he proposed to her in Colorado: “We found a beautiful sanctuary deep in the mountains,” Swank explained. “It had a stunning waterfall that spilled into rustic 19th century huts surrounded by beautiful pine trees. One night Philip knelt in front of the waterfall and proposed to me – sweetly having my dogs nearby. so they could testify!” she concluded.
