magistrates three family courts and two courts Women Violence The leader of the Alicante Judicial Party met on a debate day at the premises of the Alicante Bar Association (ICALI) last Friday and working around family law.
This meeting served as fdiscussion and reflection gold in order to develop proposals to streamline procedures affecting the above-mentioned matters. Powers of the Family and Violence Against Women courts throughout the day; most support measures for the disabled; Status of Psychosocial Team in Family Courts; use of the family home; guardianship and custody in cases of gender-based violence and speeding up legal procedures from family.
The conference was opened by the Vice Dean of ICALI. Ignacio Gally MunozDeputy dean of Şanlı Lawyers College, Juan Carlos Olcina Garciaand ICALI Head of Family Law Department, Julia Falco Santos.
Approximately 180 legal and procurement professionals attended this conference, which provided online and face-to-face training in morning and afternoon sessions.
