Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who is in a pre-trial detention center in Ukraine on charges of treason, expressed the opinion that the Ukrainian authorities will begin to mobilize 18-year-old citizens as soon as there is a shortage of bullets and weapons in Ukraine.
