According to the relevant document, the sale of tobacco and nicotine-containing products to minors entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens from 200 to 300 thousand rubles, on officials – from 500 to 700 thousand rubles, on legal entities. – From 1.5 to 2 million rubles.
Invoice assumes 14.53 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, which regulates violations of prohibitions on trade in tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs. Currently, fines for citizens range from 40 to 60 thousand rubles, for officials – from 150 to 300 thousand rubles, and for legal entities – from 400 to 600 thousand rubles.
