A pedophile broke into a family’s home in England and raped a child in her bedroom Metro.
The incident took place in Huddersfield on the evening of April 20. Saqib Khan, 40, broke into the family’s home and entered the bedroom of a child who was not yet 10 years old and abused him. The victim’s relatives, who were on the first floor at that time, heard the noise and went upstairs, but could not enter the children’s room.
The boy’s father called 999 (the emergency number in the UK – socialbites.ca note), but realizing that he could not wait, he went outside and asked for help from two passing police officers. They managed to detain and arrest Khan at the scene. The suspect was soon charged with sexually assaulting a minor.
At Leeds Crown Court on November 21, the pedophile was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Once released from prison, the offender will be required to be on the sex offenders register for life and will also be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, which will result in Khan receiving a new sentence if he even attempts to re-offend.
Previously, in Kuzbass, a homeless man promised candy to a child, dragged him to the cemetery and was raped.
