Additionally, according to parliament, 1.3 million men currently live outside the country. It was announced that 1.5 million people were not suitable for military service, and 600 thousand people had reservations about mobilization.
Of the remaining 3.7 million men, 2.8 million are self-employed and registered taxpayers. Another 900 thousand Ukrainian citizens were not included in state records.
