Reuters: US plans to provide Ukraine with a new $1 billion military aid package

The administration of US President Joe Biden plans to provide a new $1 billion military aid package to the Ukrainian military. Reported by this agency Reuters.

According to the agency, the aid package will include at least 50 M113 armored personnel carriers, as well as ammunition for long-range weapons, including the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system (MLRS).

Details on the content and scope of the aid package are subject to change before final approval by the White House chief.
