Prosveshcheniye publishing house said the student can ask chatbot questions for free and then receive quick messages that he can answer on his own.
The publishing house explained how the chatbot works: “The dialogue assistant asks the student to answer guiding questions, gives examples of the topic of the assignment and explains the rules in an accessible form.”
If a fifth grader answers incorrectly, the chatbot will support him and motivate him to study harder. If correct answers are given, artificial intelligence will praise the child.
The project is currently in the pilot phase. It is planned to launch in 2025 and expand to other subjects in the school curriculum.
“Elman” is being integrated into “Enlightenment” textbooks together with the previously developed digital assistant “Tyomka” (QR codes).
