Lithuania plans to end hiring of people with dual citizenship in the country 10:17

Persons residing in Lithuania and holding second citizenship, one of which is Russian, Belarusian or Chinese, will not be accepted for military service. According to the document, Russia, Belarus and China are considered states that pose a threat to the national security of the Republic of Lithuania. In this regard, contact with them can be potentially dangerous for military personnel.

The Lithuanian government decided to ban military personnel from visiting these countries for personal purposes.
