The military satellite launched with the Soyuz-2.1a rocket from the cosmodrome in Plesetsk, Arkhangelsk region, was placed into orbit. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
“At the estimated time, the spacecraft was launched into the target orbit and accepted for control of ground assets of the space forces of the Aerospace Forces (VKS),” the ministry said.

The Ministry announced that the Sineva missile was launched from the Barents Sea during the training of strategic deterrent forces.
