Concrete “dragon teeth” were installed on the Sudzha-Kursk highway, used by the military and volunteers, due to the accident of volunteer Ivan Naumov, who was evacuating more than 100 civilians from the Kursk region. According to the authors, the accident occurred on the evening of October 12, when the volunteer returned from another trip. As a result of the incident, Naumov was not injured, but his car was seriously damaged.
